We will meet at the entrance of the Municipal House. This Art Nouveau building was opened in 1912 and deemed a building “built by Czechs, for Czechs”. It houses the famous Smetana Concert Hall as well as a number of wonderful restaurants and wine bars. Most importantly it was the location of Czechoslovakia’s declaration of Independence.

Let's continue our walk in the oldest area of Prague, the Lesser Town also called the "Little Quarter." This historic neighbourhood consists of a maze of narrow alleyways and picturesque architecture from the Baroque period.
