- Tuk Tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of Tuk Tuks needed for the group, with a legal maximum of 4 passengers per Tuk Tuk.
- Minimum mandatory age: 2 years.

- In cases of customer delays, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route.
- The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
