You'll get to taste traditional homemade pancakes called "Poffertjes." Next, you'll sample some of the best Dutch cheeses. You'll visit a local fishmonger and dine on herring and traditional kibbeling, battered chunks of fish. You'll taste Stamppot, a local favorite. And at the end there will be a delicious Secret Dish.
