- Approximately 90% of this tour takes place on the Roman paving of the Via Appia Antica. There is no car traffic, as only residents' cars have access. There are only two crossings when we leave the Appia Antica Regional Park to enter the Aqueduct Park; and when we pass from the Tor Fiscale Park to the Caffarella Park.
- Route: 90% of the tour is on the Appian Way's ancient Roman paving (basolato), with no public car traffic (only resident access). Only two brief road crossings are required: once to enter the Aqueduct Park, and once between Tor Fiscale and Caffarella Parks.
- Infants up to 20 kg travel for free in a child seat.
- Riding Experience: A basic-medium cycling level is mandatory
- Children can ride their E-bike from 12yrs old
- Guide's Discretion: A pre-departure test is conducted. The guide may deny participation (no refund) if a guest is unsuitable due to lack of ability or health concerns
- Infants: Infants (up to 20kg/44 lbs) ride free in a provided child seat
- Children: Children (under 139cm/4ft 7in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer)
- E-Bike Age: Minimum age to operate an E-Bike is 12 years old
